A deposit of $30 is necessary to set up an appointment with us. The deposit will be credited to the total cost of your piercing/jewelry. If you fail to show up for your appointment and/or fail to call to reschedule, you forfeit your deposit. We respect the time of all of our valued customers and this deposit insures that our time as well as that of our customers will be respected.
Please be aware that this deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE under ANY circumstances! Someone on our staff has to spend time scheduling your appointment and we need to be compensated for that.
In the case of extenuating circumstances where the appointment needs to be rescheduled, at least 18 hours notice needs to be given in order for the deposit to be eligible to roll-over to the rescheduled date. The deposit expires after 30 days of the initial appointment date made regardless of cancellation or otherwise.
If you are late to your appointment, you risk losing your time or deposit.
You must provide a valid, damage-free Government Issued identification card on the day of the procedure; We will not accept any other form of identification.
If you are a minor:
You must be at least 16 years of age and both the minor and parent must present a valid Government Issued ID with matching addresses.
The balance of your payment on the day of your appointment must be paid in cash. There is an ATM in the studio should you need to use it.
Take a look at our calendar and get a sense of the day and time you would like to schedule. You will be asked this information upon checkout. We will contact you as soon as possible to confirm your appointment after we receive your request and deposit.
